A sign of how mainstream Geothermal has become is the number of plan and spec projects being designed for the competitive bid construction market. Since 1994, Middleton has completed dozens of plan & spec projects in a seven state area representing thousands of tons of installed capacity. These projects include schools, office buildings, retirement homes, nature centers and more (See Projects Page).
Middleton has the reputation of providing competitive pricing and meeting project deadlines. We have IGSHPA trained and certified installers and the project resume required by most specifications. Please contact us to bid your next project!
Design/Build
Middleton works with owners and qualified designers to provide total "design/build" geothermal projects from inception to completion. Middleton Geothermal's expertise in testing and project construction will ensure a properly designed, competitively priced project.
