Geothermal Systems are becoming a critical component in the effort to make buildings more environmentally friendly. As more and more projects strive to attain LEED certification, energy efficiency becomes more and more important. One of the biggest energy users in a building can be the heating and cooling system. Well-designed Geothermal Systems can represent a huge energy cost savings and can earn many LEED points for a project. LEED Energy and Atmosphere Credit 1, Optimize Energy Performance, is worth 1 to 10 points for 10.5% to 42% energy cost savings. Our on-staff LEED Accredited Professional helps us to design the most energy efficient Geothermal Systems to maximize energy cost savings. Middleton Geothermal has worked on numerous successful LEED's projects and can use this experience to help make your next project green.
